“Ok”

“Overall very nice stay. Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean but no microwave. We were there as a family with 2 kids so visiting the pool was a top reason I chose this hotel. First off, the pool room is nice and warm, lots of seating too. Unfortunately there were no towels so I had to go to the front desk in my bathing suit and ask for some. Also, there were trash items some other people left behind on one of the tables and some stray……

“The room & building was clean - but there was no shampoo in the shower, no supplies near the coffee maker. Small things, but it seemed difficult to get things taken care of. Also not what you expect with a Hilton stay.”

“The only good thing about our stay is that we survived the week. It was an experience I would not like to repeat. When we arrived and went to our room, we had been traveling all day and were exhausted, so we didn’t notice all the things that were awful in the room. The next morning, however, we noted the chair and one of the bedside tables in our bedroom had been covered in vomit and poorly cleaned. I ended up scrubbing both. “This hotel is just "fine". Our air conditioner did not work well at all and TV is small. Room was otherwise comfortable. This was a room we switched to because the first room did not have some working lights. My parents stayed in a room a couple fo doors down and their air conditioner worked but was extremely loud- I don't know how you could sleep with it going it was that loud. Pool water was dirty and cold but there were always towels available. Breakfast was well done and lasted until……
